This workshop will help you make your next relationship DIFFERENT from all the rest.  

Join other Denver singles who are ready to figure out "What is love?" and "What does a healthy relationship look like?"  Our inviting & creative atmosphere will spark lots of conversation & laughter.  As you get to know everyone in the group, you'll share dating advice & learn from others.  The unique, interactive format includes: small groups, visual aids, humor, music, media messages and brief scripture readings.  These Christian-based workshops are open to singles (divorced, never-married or widowed) of ALL faiths who believe in a higher power.  Also, we are "male-friendly."

Date:  TBA - Love Needs & Identities - Do you have a tendency to lose yourself in a relationship?  This workshop will help you understand the importance of knowing what you bring to a relationship; the type of relationship you want (SEE PICTURE ABOVE--everyone will make a Relationship Collage that helps answer the question "What is love?"); characteristics of a healthy partner. 

Date:  TBA - Body Language - Do you know how to look available and recognize the signs of attraction?  Can you tell when someone is lying to you? Learn how to look more approachable and available; recognize signs of attraction and deception; how to approach someone new.

 

DATE: TBA - Chemistry of Initial Attraction - Did you know that there are chemicals in your brain that are stimulated when you are attracted to someone? Find out what they are and exactly how they affect you in this fascinating workshop, so the next time you're hit hard with infatuation, you can slow the train down, avoid the wreck, and create a relationship that LASTS!

 

Weekly FEE: $20.00/Preferably in advance or cash at door (includes materials).  Your advance payment shows your commitment to attend.  You do NOT need to be a PayPal member--just click on the "Pay Now" button and then on the next page, enter your credit card info. and submit. 

        Group Size:  5 Women & 5 Men  (We strive for a balanced group, but actual ratio may vary.)

LOCATION:  *Grace United Methodist Church - Commons Bldg., 2650 S. Eudora St.., Denver (2 Blks. West of I-25 & YALE)  We'll meet in the Youth Room--the "living room" of the house behind the church on Eudora St.  *PLEASE NOTE that you do NOT have to be a United Methodist to attend these workshops.  Anyone who believes in a higher power is welcome to attend.
