Session 1 - July 8th, 7:00-9:00 pm: "GETTING CLOSURE"

Having trouble letting go of a relationship? Or are you still wondering, "Did I end it too soon?" "Why did it end?" "What can I do to get him/her back?" Before you date someone new, make sure your heart is really available and READY for a new relationship. Don't make your next dating partner pay for the sins of the one that came before him/her. Exercises will include:

     * 4 Behaviors that Predict Divorce or Breakup          * Signs of a Controlling Relationship

     * Ways to End a Relationship at Any Stage              * How to Make a Clean Break & Why You Should

     * Autopsy of Last Relationship                                * Self-nurturing Techniques for Healing a Broken Heart

Session 2 - July 15th, 7:00-9:00 pm: "EMOTIONAL AVAILABILITY"

This workshop will help you become more available and recognize emotionally available people. Here's what we'll learn:

* How to tell if someone is emotionally available by how they look, talk & behave

* How to talk about your past so that you don't sound wounded, jaded, or bitter

* Healing a broken heart and letting go of past wounds

* Unique burning ceremony

Session 3 - July 22nd, 7:00-9:00 pm: "BLOCKS TO INTIMACY"

What's holding you back from participating in a really healthy relationship?" Are you ambivalent about getting back into the "dating scene?" Not sure you're ready to put yourself "out there?" Maybe you've had your heart broken in the past and aren't sure you're ready to risk getting hurt again... But you're also not sure you can keep living with the frustration of not having someone to share your life with...

Why not set aside two hours of your time and excavate those unconscious fears. This interactive workshop uses a cardboard shield covered with gray, fuzzy felt that helps people talk through their fears (see picture). You'll find out that other people have many of the same concerns and you'll realize you're not alone. How wonderful it would be to break through and begin to feel excited again about the possibilities that are waiting for you!

Exercises will include:

*   Shield of Fears (What do you fear about the dating process?)

*   Domino Theory of Love

*   6 Foundational Elements (How to make relationship last)

*   The BIG Question
